For every job there are two design options and two rounds of revisions factored into the quote. If you would like to add extra design options and/or extra rounds of revisions, I am more than happy to arrange this for you, but it will incur additional cost.
For every project I work in close collaboration with my clients, communicating every step of the way, the direction I believe, based on my research, we should be headed towards. This collaborative approach ensures that there are no nasty surprises come final presentation day. If however, we reach the end of the process and you are not happy with the work, we can revisit the agreement so that I can keep working until we reach a stage where you’re happy. It is important to remember, however, that whether your business is B2B or B2C, it is your audience that we are designing for, and not your own personal taste.
